Tricalcium phosphate molecular formula:
Ca3(PO4)2; Ca5OH(PO4)3; Ca10(OH)2(PO4)6
Tricalcium phosphate properties:
a mixture of different calcium phosphates, roughly composed of 10CaO·3P2O5·H2O, with a molecular weight of 1004.64. White amorphous powder, odourless and tasteless. Relative density 3.18. Insoluble in water, easily soluble in dilute hydrochloric acid and nitric acid. Stable in the air.
Tricalcium Phosphate Uses:
Used as a leavening agent, dough conditioner, buffer, tissue improver, curing agent, nutritional supplement, chelating agent, etc. in the food industry. Such as baking products, and pastry leavening agents. Bread and cake starter, buffer, pectin curing agent (gel action), yeast food and meat product texture improver, etc. Used in brewing, it can increase the saccharification power and improve the fermentation capacity.
Tricalcium phosphate packing:
the outer bag is a woven 25/50/1000/1250 kg bag
